- How do I create an account?
- Download Stock2Swap from the App Store, tap Register, and provide your name, email, and a password. You'll then add your restaurant details in a short onboarding flow.
- How does an exchange work?
- Browse nearby restaurants on the Discover tab, send a Ping for the ingredient you need, agree on terms (swap, credit/IOU, or direct payment), then confirm the hand-off in the app once it's complete.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open the app, go to Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your restaurant profile, inventory, and message history from our database.
- Are payments safe?
- Payments between restaurants are processed by Stripe. Stock2Swap never sees or stores your card details.
- Push notifications stopped working.
- Open iOS Settings → Stock2Swap → Notifications and confirm notifications are allowed. If they're on but you're still not receiving them, email us at support@stock2swap.com.
